Who is responsible for your data

Sheep³ is a creative marketing project run by three people and is not yet a registered company. For anything related to your data, please contact us at oficialsheepthree@gmail.com.

What data we receive

Through the contact form: your name, your e-mail address, your phone number (if you provide it), the message you write and the language you were browsing the site in.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram or e-mail, we receive the data you choose to send through those channels, which are also covered by each platform’s own privacy policy.

We do not ask for special category data (such as health, religion or political opinions). Please do not send it through the form.

What we use your data for

We use your data only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss a possible project. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send you marketing unless you ask for it.

Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(b); LGPD, Article 7, V) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(f); LGPD, Article 7, IX).

Who we share your data with

To run the website and the contact form, we use third-party services that process data on our behalf:

Cloudflare: website hosting and bot protection (Turnstile), which checks technical browser information, such as your IP address, to stop automated spam.

Resend: the service that delivers contact form messages to our inbox.

Google (Gmail): where we receive and store messages.

These services may store data on servers outside the UK and Brazil, such as in the United States, under the safeguards set out in their data protection agreements.

How long we keep your data

We keep messages for as long as we need to reply and follow up on the conversation. If there is no further contact and no ongoing work, we delete them within 2 years. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will do so as soon as we receive your request.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools that track your browsing. Cloudflare’s bot protection only uses the technical information needed to keep the contact form secure.

Your rights

You can, at any time: ask whether we hold data about you, request a copy of it, have it corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to its use or ask who it has been shared with.

To do so, e-mail oficialsheepthree@gmail.com. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK or to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) in Brazil.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or the services we use change. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.
